Unchanged, it needs to be adjusted according to the film type and thickness. Generally, the general composite material is controlled at 2.0g / m2 ~ 2.5g / m2. For thin aluminum composite products, the amount of glue should be controlled above 3.5g / m2. 3. Choose a stable supplier

4. Compound process control of aluminized products

5. Control the curing temperature and time
Due to the shrinkage of the inner layer material and the destruction of the aluminum coating layer, the curing temperature is lower than that of the general products when the curing process is formulated. The curing time needs to be strictly controlled. The general curing temperature is controlled at about 40 ℃, and the curing time is controlled at At 36 hours, when the ambient temperature is high, ripening at room temperature can be considered.
6. Control the amount of curing agent
Under the premise of sufficient testing, the proportion of glue curing agent can be appropriately reduced, generally 5% less, but this method is not recommended for films printed with full-page polyurethane ink.
