This equipment is composed of feeding conveyor belt device, cardboard warehouse, packing mechanism, lifting mechanism, forming and pressing device, lubrication system and other components.
Packaging process The filled containers are input by the conveyor belt. After the manager bottles are arranged in rows, they enter the feeding port. When the container is blocked, the monitoring device will send a shutdown signal. The containers entering the loading mechanism are arranged according to the packaging requirements. The single sheet is removed from the paper store by a vacuum suction device. The paper board transport mechanism transports the paper board into place and enters the container under the assembled arrangement. The container then enters the rotary conveying device along with the paper board, and the paper board is adjusted during the descent. Guided by a good box, the board is creased, and the entire process of glue spraying, capping, pressing, shaping, and output of the box is completed during the stepping process of the rotary conveyor.
