In this paper, Labthink OX2/230 oxygen transmission rate test system is used to test the oxygen permeability of a brand of coconut milk packaging plastic bottles, and through the description of the test principle, equipment parameters and scope of application, test process, etc. Provide a reference for companies to monitor the oxygen barrier properties of coconut packaging.

2, test samples
In this paper, a brand of coconut milk packaging plastic bottle is used as a test sample to test its oxygen transmission rate.
3. Test basis
At present, the oxygen permeability test methods for packaging materials mainly include pressure difference method and isobaric method (coulomb meter detection method). In this paper, the water vapor transmission rate of the sample is tested by isostatic method. According to the standard GB/T 31354-2014 "Copper Test Method for Oxygen Permeability Test Method for Packages and Containers", this standard applies to the oxygen permeability test of plastics and composite packaging parts and containers.
4, test equipment

4.1 Principle of the test
The isobaric method, also known as the coulomb counter method, tests the oxygen transmission rate of a sample based on the linear relationship between the current intensity and the amount of oxygen entering the Coulomb sensor. The oxygen permeation process is based on the principle of gas dissolution and permeation. The upper and lower test chambers of the equipment are separated by the sample. The upper chamber is high-purity oxygen, the lower chamber is filled with high-purity nitrogen, and the oxygen is in the concentration difference. Under the upper chamber, the sample is permeated into the lower chamber, and the nitrogen in the lower chamber carries the oxygen into the Coulomb sensor for testing and analysis, and the oxygen transmission rate of the sample is obtained. For the container sample, the inside of the container corresponds to the lower chamber of the device, and the high-purity nitrogen flows, and the outside of the container corresponds to the upper chamber of the device, and the gas that is introduced is high-purity oxygen.

5, the test process
