4 How to improve the luster of ink film
1 Add appropriate amount of varnish within the allowable range of color concentration;

3 increase the transparency of the ink, use high transparency ink or add the appropriate amount of varnish, using the glossy smooth reflective surface of the printing surface of the substrate;
4 to prevent the substrate surface adsorption, and reasonably improve the smoothness of the substrate printing surface;
5 pay attention to the temperature and humidity of the printing environment. When the plastic gravure printing is performed at a high humidity and a low temperature, the solvent volatilizes quickly and absorbs the heat around the ink film, which causes the water vapor in the air to condense abruptly, forming a fog on the surface of the printing ink film, resulting in tarnishing of the ink layer. . During the rainy season, special attention must be given to controlling the temperature and humidity of the printing environment to ensure good printing results. Usually room temperature is 21~23°C, and humidity is 40%, which is helpful for true color reproduction.
5 Making special colors
1 gold, silver ink production. Use an appropriate amount of gold powder to adjust the oil, silver powder can be mixed evenly. It is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate fineness of gold powder and silver powder. At the same time, it is also necessary to choose a varnish that is compatible with the printed substrate. It is only formulated during printing to prevent the ink from depositing and delaminating due to the long rotation time. The gold ink can also be produced by mixing silver powder, transparent yellow, and varnish. When using gold ink, the ratio of gold powder (blue light) and gold oil, transparent yellow is 1:3:2, and the effect is good. If you want to make red hue, just change the gold powder to red light. The selection should be based on the customer's requirements.
2 pearl ink production. The pearlescent pigment is mixed with a suitable proportion of highly transparent ink or varnish. The hiding power of the ink is strong and the pearlescent effect of the application may be lost.
3 luminous ink production. The ink has the effect of absorbing light energy and re-lighting for a certain period of time. Therefore, they often emit light at night, so they are called luminous inks or phosphorescent inks. Luminous pigments are usually dispersed in a transparent, high varnish and can be mixed well.
Above all kinds of ink can not be polished, gold ink, silver ink grinding will damage the grinding equipment, pearlescent, luminous ink grinding will destroy the surface or crystal structure, loss of the same effect color.
6 Toning notes
1 Ink grading should use the same styling ink produced by the ink factory as much as possible. The chromaticity of the styling ink is higher than the chromaticity of the two colors.
2 If using one or two kinds of ink color matching, it should try to make use of the color ink that is close to the color;
3 When color matching, the type of ink should be reduced as much as possible because the more types of color matching ink, the higher the proportion of cyan color, and the lower the brightness and saturation of the ink color, so it can be deployed with two colors instead of three colors;
4 plastic film is a non-absorbent material, can not use thinner to dilute the color ink, white ink should be added to dilute;
5 different manufacturers, different types of ink mix will affect the white ink's luster, purity and drying speed. Mixing different types of ink will change the original resin, the hue will be worse, and the ink will be bad.
