(5) Before installing insulation jackets , the person in charge of the site and the quality safety staff must conduct a thorough inspection of the site layout, and the construction of insulation jackets can only be started after the safety is determined.

(6) Heavy work shall not be thrown at the height of work, and ground operations shall not stand in the tower body and under the hanging parts.

(7) In the process of installing insulation jacket , it is forbidden to stand under the line.

3, to prevent the occurrence of high-voltage electric shock, low-voltage electric shock, induced electric shock, lightning electric shock accidents during construction:

Control measures:

(1) Before the construction of the insulating sheath, the first type of work ticket for the power failure circuit should be completed.

(2) Make a technical disclosure of the project to all construction personnel.

(3) The person in charge of the work ticket shall, after receiving the power cut instruction, check the name of the power outage line and confirm that there is no error before dispatching the construction personnel to the tower.

(4) Arrange the construction personnel to inspect the electricity and confirm that there is no voltage on the line and hang the grounding wire at both ends of the working site. Connect the grounding wire first to the grounding terminal and then to the conductor end. Remove the grounding wire and remove the conductor end and then remove the grounding terminal. Staff must wear insulated gloves and send special personnel to monitor.

(5) When the transformer insulation jacket is used for high-altitude operation, in case of thunderstorm, it is necessary to add a temporary grounding wire and stop the construction if necessary.

(6) When the grounding conductor (bridging degree adjustment) is completed, and the project is completed and accepted after the project is completed, the ground staff should be removed and the workers must wear insulating gloves and send special personnel to supervise them.

(7) When straddling 10kV high-voltage lines, 380V low-voltage lines and other weak current lines, reliable overpasses must be erected, and special personnel must be assigned during construction.
