It is well known that the temperature system of the constant temperature and humidity machine has two subsystems, namely humidification and dehumidification. The humidification is generally performed by steam humidification. Simply speaking, the low pressure steam is directly injected into the tank for humidification. Humidification is fast in this way, and the humidification control is more sensitive, especially when the temperature is lowered.
There are two kinds of dehumidification of the constant temperature and humidity machine, mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and dry dehumidification. The so-called mechanical refrigeration dehumidification principle is to cool the air below the dew point temperature, so that the water vapor larger than the saturated moisture content is condensed and precipitated, thus reducing the humidity. The dryer uses the air pump to pump out the air in the test chamber, and injects the dry air, and sends the humid air to the recyclable drying for drying. After drying, it is sent to the test chamber, and the cycle is dehumidified repeatedly. .
The humidifying system of the constant temperature and humidity machine is substantially the same as the heating system; it is a process in which the heater heats the water into a steam; the purpose of humidification is completed. The dehumidification system is also completed by the refrigeration system, and the evaporator is placed inside the equipment; the high-humidity gas inside will see the cold object condense into a liquid; thus, the high-humidity gas of the tank will be repeated, so as to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.
