In 2013, Kaihua launched trials for the recycling of pesticide packaging waste in Chihuai Town and Yinkeng Township. In 2015, the pilot project was further promoted in Majin Film and implemented in the county in 2016. After several years of exploration and practice, a relatively mature “recovery and disposal mechanism” has been established, with townships and townships as the main responsibilities, coordinated supervision and supervision by relevant departments, recovery and recovery of operating units, centralized storage and transport of agricultural capital companies, and collection and disposal of professional environmental protection units. Has achieved better results. According to statistics, since the beginning of 2016, the county has established 126 qualified recycling outlets with a total investment of about 3.2 million yuan.
