4.1 Principle of the test
The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the special clamp, and the two chucks are moved relative to each other. 5, the test process
(1) The sample to be tested is placed in the cup holder of the special opening device used in the paper cup, and the space between the French fries cup and the cup holder is evacuated by a vacuum generator, and the fries cup is fixed by atmospheric pressure.
(2) Fix the opening of the French fagao cup sealing film on the upper jig.
(3) Set the test parameters.
(4) Click the test start option, the test starts, the upper clamp is raised at a constant speed of 300 mm/min, and the sealing film is torn open.
(5) The maximum force value automatically recorded by the device is the opening force. The average value during the peeling process is the sealing opening force, and the final test result is reported.
6, test results
The opening force of the French fries cups were 35.356 kN/m, 31.478 kN/m, 38.189 kN/m, 33.357 kN/m, and 40.475 kN/m, respectively.
