2. Sanding

Thickness sanding of plate parts is also called correction sanding. Regardless of the thickness specifications of the wood-based panels purchased, in principle, fixed-size correction sanding should be generally applied to large-format or after-cut specifications. The special equipment for walking thick sanding includes broadband sanding machine or three-roller sanding machine.

(1) Panel sanding is one of the more important processes in the production of panel furniture. The equipment requirements are relatively high. For example, the broadband sanding machine of Italian DMC company is a more advanced sanding equipment, which has higher processing accuracy and larger processing volume. , The feeding speed is preferably 8 ~ 12m.

(2) For constant thickness sanding, the sanding amount on both sides of the man-made board is required to be balanced to ensure the surface and internal quality of the substrate and to facilitate the subsequent secondary processing of the surface.

(3) In sanding, it is required that the amount of single-sided sanding should not exceed 1mm each time, and the thickness tolerance of the sanded board should be controlled within the range of 0.1mm.

(4) The fixed-thickness sanding machine uses 60-80 grit abrasive belt for sanding, and the effect is relatively ideal.

3. Decorative veneer
