1.1 Principle:
The sample is dried in an oven at 105 ± 2 ℃ under atmospheric pressure until it reaches a constant weight, and the weight lost is moisture.
1.2 Instruments and equipment:
1.2.1 Analytical balance: 0.0001g
1.2.2 Electric heating constant temperature drying oven; the controllable temperature is 105 ± 2 ℃.
1.2.3 Weighing sample dish: glass or aluminum.
1.2.4 Dryer: Use calcium chloride or discolored silica gel as the desiccant.
Application of Mooncake Moisture Determination 1.3 Measurement steps:
Weigh the sample dish cleanly, bake it in an oven at 105 ± 2 ℃ for 1 hour, take it out, and cool it in a desiccator for 30 minutes. After constant weight, weigh on the analytical balance and record the constant weight of each weighing dish. Place 3-5g of lotus seed sample in a weighing dish and record the weighing result. Do not cover the sample dish and bake for 3 to 5 hours in a constant temperature dry bath at 105 ± 2 ℃. Take it out, cover the sample dish, put it in a desiccator and cool for 30 minutes, weigh and record. After that, it is placed in a constant temperature drying oven for 1 hour, cooled, and weighed. And record. Confirm the constant weight of the sample.
1.4 Calculation of measurement results
1.4.1 Calculation formula: Moisture (﹪) = {(w1-W2) / (w1-w0)} X 100
