This article describes how to implement soft proofing in AGFA APOgee Pilo.

The main function of the AGFA Apogee Pilot is to receive and send PDF files and to process PDF files. The Apogee Pilot only supports Acrobat 4.0 in the AGFA ApoqeePDF SerVer 3 digitization workflow. Because Acrobat 4.0 can install Enfocus's tstop plug-in, this way, you can make simple modifications to PDF files. 2. Problems that should be noticed when the screen is soft proofed

(1) The monitor should be warmed up for about 30 minutes in order to achieve a stable working condition.

(3) Since the observation environment affects the observation of the human eye to the color, a standard observation environment is created.
(4) It is best to cover the screen with a dark cover to avoid entering the measurement with astigmatism.

After the measurement is completed, the Lab values ​​measured with a densitometer beforehand are colored in Photoshop and stored as PDF files or EPS files in Apogee Hotfo[der], and then transferred to the Apogee Tame OE operation interface and opened with Acrobat.
