Screen Printing Ink Painting Process

First of all, “felt felt” is laid on the screen printing table. Since the ink painting paper is raw rice paper, its performance is water absorption and permeation, and the ink color in the screen printing is easy to leak, and it is stained on the platen through the paper and directly destroys the screen. effect. Therefore, in the padding of wool felt under the rice paper, because the fluff on the surface of the wool felt lifts up the rice paper, so that there is a layer of air cushion under the paper, the moisture in the ink will not leak, will not adhere, and will not affect the printing quality.

The squeegee should have a large screen of 2 to 3 cm, and the front end of the squeegee strip should have a small rounded corner. Before printing, it is best to spray a thin layer of clear water on rice paper to promote rapid ink infiltration into rice paper. However, water spray must not be greedy. Otherwise, it would be counterproductive. The positioning card can use the patented product "Stepless Positioning Card" produced by Yihua Decoration Factory in Fuxing District, Handan City, Hebei Province.

When the manual squeegee is used, the squeegee direction and the ink reflow direction are opposite. When the squeegee is squeegee, the squeegee and the screen angle are between 30 and 75 degrees, and the far-end squeegee is printed. When the ink is returned, it is pushed from the bosom into the distance.

The arrangement of the printing color sequence is also the key to printing quality products. The sequence of printing and copying ink painting works should be in the order of clear → light → heavy → strong → dark ink. After printing the ink printing plate first, it is not necessary to wait for the drying. Then the light ink printing plate is printed, and the wet ink lightly penetrates into the ink, and then the heavy ink plate is printed, and so on.
