Maybe, there is no higher mountain than people

Today I read discussion posts about the team members' level and the climbing spirit of the two teams. Maybe they are all valuable topics and just talk about personal feelings.

One of them is that if there is a problem with the physical strength or equipment of the P5 Taichung personnel, if the problem is put into a professional mountaineering team or a closely-organized team, the team members generally have very little responsibility, but for the Green Field, this is a loose one. The situation is more complicated for the organization. There are many forms of team composition, and even in one team there are both closely organized groups and relatively loose groups. The most fundamental problem is that there is no clear understanding of each other's responsibilities. It may be the biggest problem in the “green field” model and an obstacle to the continued development of similar groups. This will lead to a discussion. What should be the respective techniques, responsibilities, duties, and concepts of the guide, leader, and climber?

An organizer has not explicitly authorized or agreed on the degree of control and control over the whole process of climbing. Even if required, it may not be implemented in the end. For those activities that are not driven by economic interests, organizers are advocates of dedication and activities and are worthy of appreciation. However, if higher rights are assigned to lower-level organizers, it is obviously a mistake. The crisis may have existed from the beginning. Perhaps an organizer has not clearly defined his rights and responsibilities from the beginning, and it is naturally difficult to organize them effectively. With limited energy, the organizer can subdivide the various tasks such as routes, personnel, and equipment, which will facilitate the organization of the activities.

For the team as a whole, the disadvantaged individuals must exist. Such individuals include aspects such as technology, experience, and behavioral concepts. Sometimes they are only relative. Judging that such individuals are also affected by the environment and subjective understanding, how to treat such vulnerable individuals depends largely on the overall style of the team. The style of the team can be naturally formed, and it is also likely to be formed by the coordination of leaders or leadership groups. This is closely related to the individual qualities of the organizers. Is there any ability to grasp the entire team or is it hopeless to do so from the beginning? Perhaps an example that we are all familiar with is: The Discovery Channel has an Australian Challenge program. A female team member of the Japan Dongfeng team sprained their leg and the team took turns. At the time, there were more footage reflecting the team. It was an emotion. Although the captain at the time died of a training, the style inherited. The New Zealand Challenge Dongfeng Team was 11th in 2001. Even if I don't like Japanese people, their team will really be terrible. In some mountaineering events, the team that came into contact with Japan has always felt that the back is cold and bursts of sadness.

When we started to involve outdoor sports, it was just to make our lives wonderful and exciting, and we couldn't talk about "ideal." As we continue to deepen, we often ask ourselves why we must climb and participate in such difficult activities. I also hope to get answers from some famous biographies, perhaps with my own idol. Maybe we are so used to idolatry that we must have an idol to guide our thoughts and get an answer. The mountain is a mountain, but the experience that each person gets after climbing is different, the understanding is not limited to the understanding of the mountain, more is reflected to the attitude to the society and the understanding of one's own life. Some people came back to learn how to help, just like helping others buy equipment and getting better entry; some people learned to blame.

Putting a group of people into such a simple environment, with the bravery, solidarity, confidence, tolerance, fear, selfishness, and narrowness wrapped in well-equipped or lame equipment, burly or thin bodies, everything is clearly displayed, all different. The answer is in everyone's mind, but it is not so classic.
Maybe, there are no mountains higher than people.
