2. Before use, carefully check the test pressure engraved in the reaction kettle, the reaction pressure of the reaction kettle and the maximum operating temperature and other performance parameters, so as to use it within the allowable conditions. Before inserting the medium, check whether the medium is corrosive. If the medium reacts violently in a moment, generates a large amount of gas or is flammable and explosive at high temperature, and ultra-high pressure, ultra-high temperature or the medium contains chloride ions, fluoride ions, etc. must be ordered specially!
3. After finishing the work, the operator should turn the knob back to the minimum position, so that any button is in the initial state every time it is turned on, to prevent the current overshoot from being too large when it is turned on next time, which will cause great damage to the controller!
4. Connect the corresponding voltage according to the use voltage of the controller, single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V, do not connect the live and neutral lines of the controller; do not perform wiring work during power transmission, laboratory reactor to prevent electric shock! In order to ensure the normal operation of the controller and the personal safety of the staff, you must connect the ground wire! The controller itself is not explosion-proof, so you should avoid flammable and explosive environments such as oil and gas! The pressure used by the pressure gauge is best at It is used within 1/2 of the marked pressure. Reactors often compare pressure gauges with standard pressure gauges and make corrections.
5. If there is abnormal sound inside the isolating sleeve during operation, stop the pressure and check if there is any abnormality in the mixing system. Regularly check the swing amount of the stirring shaft. If the swing amount is too large, the bearing or sliding sleeve should be replaced in time!
6. The correct detection position of the rotation speed display is very important for the stable display of the rotation speed. The position of the laboratory reactor has been adjusted at the factory, do not adjust it at will!
7. The working time display is the internal single-chip 8031, which counts the accumulation of the internal frequency. Each time the power is turned off, the internal accumulated data will disappear. In the operation, it should be noted that the working time display is divided into units, the maximum work The time is 9999 minutes (166.5 hours)!
8. When the final reaction temperature is determined, the laboratory reactor is not allowed to change the temperature setting during the heating process to avoid a large overshoot of the temperature!
9. When the measuring instrument breaks, most of the cases are broken on the front and back sides of the glass surface. Therefore, do not stand in these dangerous places when operating the reactor. When it is expected that danger will occur, the glass should be removed and replaced with a new one.
10. When cleaning the autoclave, special care should be taken not to let water or other liquids flow into the heating furnace to prevent the heating furnace wire from burning out. If heating the jacket thermal oil, be careful not to mix water or other liquids with the thermal oil, and check the oil level of the thermal oil from time to time!
11. When working or at the end, disassembly under pressure is strictly prohibited! It is strictly forbidden to work the kettle under overpressure and overtemperature conditions! Regularly inspect various instruments and blasting relief devices to ensure its accurate and reliable work The environment should meet the requirements of safety technical specifications!
