The operations inside the incubator and the movement of items into and out of the incubator: the movement of samples and equipment into and out of the incubator and the operator's hands are all done through the porthole. The pallet can hold 10 90mm slabs, and there is one pallet for each porthole.
Enter the operation procedure: a. The sleeve should be placed on the flange of the porthole and fixed by an “O†ring; b. Put the sample or equipment on the shelf of the outer door and lock the outer door; c. Remove the watch, ring, bracelet Or other jewelry that may scratch the sleeve; d. Put the sleeve on the forearm (talcum powder can be used); e. Use the foot switch to evacuate the sleeve and then use "Gas" to inflate, this operation is repeated at least once ; F. Release the inner door lock; g. Fully open the inner door until the inner door is attracted by the magnet on the inner wall of the incubator; h. Now the operator can operate inside the incubator.
Note: The operating actions in the incubator should be as gentle as possible, especially when entering and exiting. If the action is large, it will cause the air pressure in the box to change and waste gas.
Exit the operating procedure: put the sample / equipment to be taken out on the shelf and close the inner door. Cultivation: The interior of the incubator is divided into two layers by shelves. Suggestions: a. Place the plate on the plate rack; b. Do not stack more than 10 flat plates; c. If a pre-inverted plate is used, ensure that it is freshly prepared; d. If the plate needs to be incubated for more than 72 hours, it is recommended to use an open top bag or a suitable container to prevent air drying; e. Do not stack more than 6 plates on the front edge of the shelf.
