In order to connect the MASTERFLEX-L and achieve the highest productivity, Bobst has improved the SPO 160 APR matic to 7,000 sheets per hour.
The die-cut printing press has a "Power Register" intelligent system. The system uses a linear motor and camera unit to read the print position marks and adjust the paper at the tooth row.

The use of a non-stop tray feeding system can increase the production efficiency of processed paperboard by 4%-10% (according to the number of paperboards per pile).

The line speed is 7,000 sheets per hour, that is, in just one year, it can produce high-quality printing die-cut products of 20 million square meters! For this purpose, a DYNALOAD loader, a DYNABREAK separator, and a DYNAPAL stacker are also required.
