This technology is affected by the CTP technology in developed countries and is in a stagnant state of development. Flexo printing is characterized by the ability to print slightly uneven media with high resistance to printing. Although the domestic sensitized flexographic printing plate has been developed for more than a decade, its price also has advantages and has been recognized by some users. However, the market for photographic flexographic printing plates in China is still dominated by foreign products.
CTP flexo is the latest achievement of the flexo edition. The plate maker is expensive and the use rate is a bottleneck that hinders the development of the CTP flexo. It is difficult to promote it in the near future.
The laser-engraved flexo is the main competitor of the photosensitive flexo, and the laser-engraved flexo does not yet make it easy for the printing industry to use. The photosensitive flexo is still an important material for the printing industry. Traditional hand-engraved flexographic plates can only be used in low-grade printing due to poor image quality and low labor efficiency.
Fifth, screen version - special printing materials
