Precautions

1. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the cutter area when the machine is rotating;

2. The machine can not wipe the rotating roller during operation;

3. When the machine is running, the tool cannot be placed on the knife holder to prevent vibration from falling into the closing roller;

4. It is strictly forbidden to put other items in places with age wheels;

5. The operator of the machine must be concentrated to ensure personal safety and machine safety.


Abnormalities and countermeasures

1. Bubbles appear in the heat sealing position

1. Improper adjustment of the three elements of heat sealing (adjusted to appropriate)

2. There is dirt on the hot knife or the auxiliary board (remove)

3. Damaged silicone plate or high temperature cloth (replacement)

4. Deformation of hot knife needs to be beaten.


Second, run the electric eye

1. The color of the electric eye point is too light (optional electric eye point)

4. The heat sealing time is too long (can not be pulled)

5. Loss of compensation (change compensation parameters)


3. Poor opening

1. The cutter is not sharp and has burrs (you can use tartar)

2. The temperature is too high and the opening has been caused by heat transfer (cooling down)

3. The raw material is not smooth, and a small amount of smooth powder can be added without affecting the cleanliness of the bag

4. The paper position is too small, with a little two-end seal (moving hot knife position)


Four, punching can not beat the flash

1. Whether the mold is sharp (choose sharp mold)

2. The mold is not installed properly (adjusted for reassembly)

3. Insufficient curing time (stop and return to the curing room)

4. Air pressure is too low (increase air pressure)


5. How is the scratch caused?

1. The rotation of the rotating roller is not flexible (fueling adjustment)

2. Scratches caused by debris on the material clip (remove debris)

3. The raw material has poor slipperiness, and scratches caused by friction (add a small amount of slippery powder)
