According to reports, from June to November 2015, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine organized the quality and technical supervision bureaus of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country to carry out nationwide joint supervision and inspection of 15 kinds of products such as children's and infants' clothing, involving light industrial products. , machinery and security products, agricultural production materials, building materials products and other four types of products. A total of 7478 batches of products produced by 7,348 companies (not related to export products) were sampled. After inspection, a total of 510 batches of products produced by 508 companies were unqualified, and the detection rate of unqualified products was 6.8%.
Judging from the spot checks of enterprises of different scales, the number of large, medium and small enterprises in this spot check accounted for 6.9%, 17.9% and 75.2% of the total number of random inspection enterprises respectively. The detection rate of unqualified products was 1.3%, 3% and 9.2% respectively. . The results of the spot checks show that the overall qualified rate of product quality of large and medium-sized production enterprises is higher than that of small enterprises.
According to the report, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has requested the relevant provincial (district, municipal) quality supervision departments to deal with unqualified products and their production enterprises in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and urge the unqualified enterprises to implement the quality and safety main responsibility. At the same time, the results of the spot checks will be reported to the people's governments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the government information disclosure will be strengthened. The list of spot checks will be announced on the government website of the department in accordance with the requirements, so as to strengthen social supervision.
