From 2009, Yuhang District first paid for the recovery of pesticide packaging. In 2011, it was rolled out in Yuhang District and invested more than RMB 3 million each year as a subsidy for recycling packaging. The recovery standards are as follows: 100 ml, 101 to 300 ml, and 301 ml or more of waste pesticide bottles are recycled at 0.2 yuan, 0.5 yuan, and 1 yuan each; pesticide packaging bags are 50 grams or less and 50 grams or more respectively. Only 0.1 yuan, 0.2 yuan recovery. Farmers generally save 4-6 yuan per mu per year.
Packaging recovery rate over 80%
