II. EXPERIMENT AND RESULTS ANALYSIS Experiment 1 Measure the heat sealing temperature of plastic film After the plastic film is printed, it is required to have a certain strength and firmness in the process of bag making. It can withstand the pressure of a certain weight of the contents and ensure that the goods are in circulation. During the process, no cracking or leakage will occur and the requirements for the protection of commodities will be met. Therefore, the tightness of heat sealing is one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of commodity packaging. Heat sealing is the use of external conditions (electric heating, high frequency voltage, ultrasonic) to make the sealing part of the plastic film into a viscous flow state, and by means of the pressure of the cutter, the upper and lower layers are fused to one another and can maintain a certain strength after cooling. .
Experimental method: Due to the limitation of experimental conditions, this experiment can only be heat sealed with electric iron. But connect it to the regulator. Use a regulator to control the temperature of the soldering iron. The spline is cut into 20 x 100 mm splines, the spline is placed on a glass plate, the plastic film is folded in half, and heat sealed with a soldering iron. During the heat sealing, slowly adjust the voltage of the soldering iron so that the temperature of the soldering iron rises at a uniform rate. After the seal is cooled, test its peel strength. After peeling off the test method, remove the open end with a spring balance and use the other end. The strip is fixed on the glass. Record the value at the time of complete peeling.
