1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the water tank and do not exceed the maximum water mark;
2. Hang the wet gauze with the humidity sensor and the lower end into the wet ball slot (wet the wet ball gauze before hanging);
3. The value of the upper limit temperature alarm value should be higher than the maximum temperature of the test to be 10 degrees, and the value of the lower limit temperature alarm value should be lower than the lowest temperature of the test to be -10 degrees;
4. The test sample is placed in the test chamber. The total volume of the test sample cannot exceed 1/3 of the total volume of the inner box. The flammable, explosive and corrosive samples are prohibited.
5. During the test, the lighting can be turned on to check the operation of the box.
6. Avoid turning the refrigeration unit on/off repeatedly within 15 minutes.
6. During the test, it is not allowed to open the door unless necessary, so as not to cause accidents;
7. After the test is naturally stopped according to the specified time, the power supply should be turned off in time to make the test box systems static.
8. After the test is completed, it is necessary to wait for the temperature to cool to a safe range before opening the door to take out the sample. If the test sample must be taken out immediately, insulated gloves must be worn to avoid burns or frostbite.
9. After the test is over, be sure to turn off the main power switch to prevent accidents such as lightning strikes.
