Manual burst strength tester how to operate

The manual burst strength tester is suitable for the burst strength test of leather, cloth and cardboard. How to operate the instrument? Kunshan Haida Instrument will announce the following specific test procedures:

Test procedure:

1. Turn on the power and press the power switch to turn on the power indicator.

2. After the power is on for about 30 seconds, the monitor automatically enters the test state, which is 0.00, and the monitor no longer beats.

3. Check that the cup's thimble is locked and must be locked if it is not locked.

4. Put the item under test into the pressure plate and turn the pressure hand wheel clockwise. When the pressure gauge indicates 7kg/cm2, lock the constant pressure nut.

5. Press Clear to make sure the display shows 0.00, then press the Peak button.

6. When everything is ready, press the motor start button and move the pressure handle to your chest. This is the pressurized state.

7. When the test piece ruptures, the maximum pressure value is displayed on the display. At this time, the pressure handle is pushed back and the pressure is reduced.

8. Press the stop button of the motor, taking care not to turn off the power switch.

9. When the maximum value is retained, press the function key twice to save the maximum value.

*Note: If you need to change the unit of strength value, press the unit key to switch.

10. Turn the pressure handwheel counterclockwise. The indicator on the pressure gauge returns to zero and remove the test piece.

11. Turn off the power switch and the power indicator is off.

Rubber film elastic strength correction operation method:

1. Rotate the turntable counterclockwise so that the upper pressure plate rises up to standard aluminum foil.

2. Take a standard aluminum foil with a smooth surface and no scratches, and place it on the lower pressure plate. Tighten the turntable until the pressure reaches 7.5kgf/cm2.

3. Turn on the main power and the monitor is powered up and automatically open the program.

4. Press the zero key to zero the display.

5. Press the peak key again to enter the test state.

6. Touch the aluminum foil with your left index finger and hold the handle in the right hand to apply pressure in the clockwise direction.

7. When the left finger touches the aluminum foil, the right hand quickly pushes the handle back to the stop position. At this time, the display shows the maximum breaking force of the sample.
