The connection line of the end point of the hysteresis loop on the tension machine software is located on the left side of the parallel line. At this time, a large amount of estimated stress and elongation are required, which is not feasible on the tension machine. .
2. When the unloading point exceeds the actual Rp0.2, the connecting line is on the right side of the parallel line, and the parallel line connecting the end points of the hysteresis loop intersects the force-extension curve before unloading. It can be used for arbitration test at this time, but the unloading point should not be too late. Therefore, on the tension machine, it must be ensured that the connection line is located on the right side of the parallel line, that is, to solve the control problem of the unloading point.
