At present, there is no national standard for environmentally friendly water-based casein glue in China. According to the needs of customers, we have formulated standards for water-based casein glue for beer labeling machines for reference by peers and beer manufacturers.

Scope of application: Labeling of aluminum foil and paper labels applied to beer bottles or other glass bottles, with a larger range of labeling adaptation, suitable for labeling machines with 20000-56000 bottles/hour.

Use characteristics: With good wet adhesion, quick-drying, suitable for cold or hot, dry or wet glass bottle labeling. The aluminum foil has a good affinity for the head mark, and it can effectively paste.

Usage: No need to add any thinner, can be heated to use. The labeler can be cleaned with warm or hot water.

Safety features: The product is environmentally friendly, non-irritating to human skin, safe, non-toxic and free of pathogenic bacteria. The product is a water-based system that does not burn when in contact with fire and does not flammable gas.

Storage conditions: Close the packaging container, avoid moisture evaporation, place it in a dry place, avoid sunlight, high temperature and frost, shelf life of 6 months.
