2. When making black-and-white manuscripts, the relationship between the colors is handled improperly, and the positions where the colors overlap do not properly press the number of screens according to the characteristics of the patterns.

Second, prevent methods:

1, the viscosity of the color paste should not be too thin, should be moderate; color paste blade pressure adjustment to be reasonable, that is to make the printing fabric to get enough color paste without making laitance.

2, the tension of each suit screen should be uniform.

3, according to the characteristics of the pattern and the size of the pattern of the area, rubber color knife blade should be made to meet the needs of the printed pattern. In addition, the rubber coloring blade should be straight and complete, and should not be bent to ensure that the force of the knife edge is uniform when the screen blade is used.

4, the screen version (from the box) not too fast, reduce the rebound of the screen.

5. For patterns with more color overlays, it should be considered from the beginning of the black and white draft that the level of overprinting should be minimized and the amount of slurry sucked per unit area should be controlled without affecting the overall effect of the pattern.

6, after the squeegee should be cleaned, the number of squeegees should be appropriate, and the scraper pressure should be moderate.
