SWF Launches DP320 Case Packer

SWF introduced a DP320 case packer with high speed, adaptability, and user-friendly features.

The device can be packed at a speed of 25 boxes per minute and can be continuously packaged in different sizes of glass, plastic, fiber or metal containers. It is suitable for a wide range of packaging methods and container sizes. DP320 can be easily integrated with various SWF carton forming and sealing systems to form a complete carton packaging system.

DP320 has a series of unique features, including vertical carton delivery, PLC control, security protection self-locking, automatic jamming sensors and so on. There is also a specification change assist device, a NEMA 12 electronic control system, and a photoelectric controller downstream to enable automatic start or stop. The machine uses a carton belt conveyor, equipped with low-pressure pneumatic devices and plastic belts for smooth transport.

The machine can also be customized according to customer needs. Includes optional voltage, tempered spray, removable feet, and upgraded PLC controls. SWF can also provide NEMA 4 electronic control system, three-color light, additional network control stop and stainless steel structure.
