France: Breakthrough in plastic beer packaging

Can beer be packaged in plastic bottles and keep the cans and glass bottles packaged? A French company that specializes in packaging recently declared that there are ways to package beer in inexpensive plastic bottles that neither leak carbon nor oxidize, while maintaining the effects of cans and glass bottles.
Olivier, the president of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Group, said that after two years of research and development, they use plastic bottles to package beer to maintain the same quality, and to maintain carbon in beverages as much as cans and glass bottles.
