It is reported that Far East Horizon plans to issue 816 million shares at a median price of HK $ 6.00 per share. This time it is planned to raise a total of HK $ 4.6698 billion. Among them, 30%, about 1.4 billion Hong Kong dollars will be used as the operating capital for the financing leasing business of the shipping industry to strengthen the offshore ship leasing business; 70%, about 3,266.9 million Hong Kong dollars are used for financing in the healthcare, education, infrastructure, printing and industrial equipment industries Working capital for leasing business.

According to statistics, on September 16, 2009, KKR, GIC and CICC jointly invested in Far East Horizon, with a total investment of US $ 160 million, accounting for 32% of the shares. Among them, the investment amounts of KKR, GIC and CICC are USD 93.75 million, USD 56.25 million and USD 10 million respectively.

On June 7, 2010, the original shareholders of KKR, GIC, CICC and Far East Hongxin increased their capital by USD 55.68 million in proportion to their respective shares, of which the investment amount of KKR, GIC and CICC was USD 17.8176 million. After the transaction is completed, the shareholding ratio of the parties remains unchanged.
