Single machine adjustment, control:

A. The original paper holder, the tying machine, the preheating cylinder and the main machine must be kept in a horizontal position and on the same center line;
B. Adjustment of pressure sticks to maintain a good fit between the paper and the core paper, and there is a slight pressure line in the paper. (Some machine pressure roller pressures are in units of T/CM2, some are in units of KG/CM2);
C. The eccentric core of the corrugating roller has no deflection after the core paper becomes tanned, and the pressure on both sides is the same (the adjustment of the eccentric core in each replacement of the corrugating roller is adjusted so that no one can adjust it freely;
D. The gap of the paste roller should be adjusted with the tip of the core paper evenly. The paperboard should be in good conformity. Both sides of the paste should be kept parallel to the crucible. The distance between the paste and the crucible should be a core. The thickness of the paper, therefore, the paste gap should vary with the thickness of the core paper;
E. The gap is mainly based on the use of different materials, the speed of the speed to adjust the size of the paste, the faster the speed, the smaller the amount of paste, on the contrary, the greater.
F, the size of the gap between paste and paste, according to different materials, the speed of the car to adjust the speed, the faster the speed, the smaller the amount of paste, on the contrary, the greater.
G. Adjustment of roll gap should be adjusted according to different heights (if platen is used, this problem does not exist)

4, the original paper warming area and tension adjustment, when the cardboard due to preheating temperature is insufficient to cause bad fit, you should promptly increase the area of ​​all the relevant preheater through which the paper passes, and relatively increase the relative base paper frame, brake And the brake pressure of the automatic splicer, so that the base paper (cardboard) can be more closely attached to the preheater to increase the heat.

When the basic paper weight is ≤150G/M2, the vehicle speed is 100m/min or more, and the coverage area on the preheated cylinder is 30-70%.
