Accu-Sort Releases RFID Software

Accu-Sort Systems, dedicated to material handling solutions and designs, introduced two new software products that can help companies deploy RFID tag systems. The company has automated barcode labeling and RFID tag systems for consumer goods manufacturers. Its device management platform controls fixed RFID readers, RFID print decoders, bar code scanners, handheld readers and scanners, and transmitters. And automatic labeling equipment. The platform collects data from these devices and exchanges EPC data with Accu-Sort's data server software. The data server can generate and manage EPCs and bring EPC data into the company's warehouse management system or other applications. Device management and data server software products are part of the Accu-Sort s FAST Tag Tag-to-Ship solution, enabling companies to apply RFID smart tags (either manually or via automated devices) on commodity boxes or trays. This Tag-to-Ship solution works on UHF EPC Class 0 or Class 1 Gen 1 tags and can be upgraded to the Gen 2 EPC standard. Now that Accu-Sort has not yet announced prices, data management and data server suites are ready to use.
